Lena Taylor is a highly experienced professional with a rich family history in the Hair Industry. Her grandfather started his career as a barber in New York City before relocating to San Francisco and establishing multiple successful barbershops. Following in his footsteps, Lena's father founded a prestigious hair salon in the late 1970s, which Lena eventually took over and transformed into a thriving salon with 25 chairs and multi-million-dollar revenue.
Building on the success of her own salon, Lena began providing coaching and consulting services to other beauty professionals in the early 2000s. With a proven track record of assisting salon/spa owners, self-employed stylists, and other beauty professionals, Lena offers hands-on expertise to help them launch, manage, and improve their businesses. In addition to her work in the beauty industry, Lena has also gained extensive experience in sectors such as travel, corporate, and finance.
Lena approaches her work with a comprehensive perspective, thoroughly analyzing each client's business from all angles to develop customized solutions that address their unique needs. She takes the time to tailor her strategies to each individual client, ensuring that they are a perfect fit for the specific situation. This personalized approach has led to higher success rates for her clients, many of whom have become top beauty businesses in their respective regions.

Currently, Lena is the founder and operator of Pomegranate, a boutique consulting/coaching firm focused on helping small businesses achieve sustainable, long-term growth and success.
